WHAT THE SESSION IS
This is an in-home postpartum massage designed to support your recovery - physically and emotionally.
I come to you, so you don’t have to think about packing a bag, getting in the car, or leaving your baby.
THIS SESSION HELPS
Reduce swelling and fluid retention
Ease tension in the shoulders, neck, and back
Support circulation and healing
Calm the nervous system
Create space for deep rest (many moms fall asleep!)
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Gentle lymphatic drainage massage
Relaxation massage (shoulders, back, arms, legs, feet - where ever you’re holding tension)
Face and scalp massage
Grounding, calming touch throughout
Each session is intuitive and adapted to how you’re feeling that day
