WHAT THE SESSION IS

This is an in-home postpartum massage designed to support your recovery - physically and emotionally.

I come to you, so you don’t have to think about packing a bag, getting in the car, or leaving your baby.

THIS SESSION HELPS

  • Reduce swelling and fluid retention

  • Ease tension in the shoulders, neck, and back

  • Support circulation and healing

  • Calm the nervous system

  • Create space for deep rest (many moms fall asleep!)

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Gentle lymphatic drainage massage

  • Relaxation massage (shoulders, back, arms, legs, feet - where ever you’re holding tension)

  • Face and scalp massage

  • Grounding, calming touch throughout

    Each session is intuitive and adapted to how you’re feeling that day
